The Annual International Human Trafficking and Social Justice Conference has been bringing together researchers with lived experience in an effort to lay the groundwork for future collaborative research.

Conference Objectives

Our mission is to bring together researchers, service providers, advocates, politicians, and students from all over the globe together to learn, connect, and collaborate. At our 2017 conference, we welcomed 1,200 attendees from over 20 states and 11 countries.

The conference happens on september 20 to 21 in the campus of University of Toledo.

Submission Details

Please submit an abstract of no longer than 250 words which includes objectives to be achieved in the session. This will provide the conference planning committee with all required information for evaluating and selecting this year’s presenters.

Abstracts that do not contain objectives will not be considered. Please make sure your abstract is clear, interesting and based on lived experience and/or credible research. If your abstract is selected, you will have a one-hour time slot for your presentation at the conference.
