About the Opportunity
Students will gain firsthand experience in the legal department of Lockheed Martin Space by working closely with attorneys in the legal department. This position requires special access to support the program and requires US Citizenship.
Mode of Internship
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Students will be able to apply their research and writing skills to relevant topics to the Company and will assist lawyers on various matters, including US government and commercial programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Doctor of Law degree (J.D) from an accredited university.
- This position requires special access to support the program and requires US Citizenship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Stipend
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $35,173 – $67,392 .
