About Legal Affairs Internship opportunity

Charles River Analytics, Boston is inviting applications for Legal Affairs Internship from law students who are 2L or 3L students.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (e.g., services agreements, licenses, NDAs)
  • Help manage intellectual property filings (patents and trademarks)
  • File legal documents in the contract management system and keep electronic records up to date
  • Legal and regulatory research
  • Work with internal teams, such as HR, Contracts, Marketing, and Commercialization
  • Help develop legal content for Charles River’s internal wiki pages

Eligibility for Legal Affairs Internship Opportunity

  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task while working on a small legal team
  • Current 2L or 3L law student

Time Commitment

  • Time commitment is 10-15 hours per week (internship will be hybrid with time working in the office and at home)
