About Legal Affairs Internship opportunity
Charles River Analytics, Boston is inviting applications for Legal Affairs Internship from law students who are 2L or 3L students.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (e.g., services agreements, licenses, NDAs)
- Help manage intellectual property filings (patents and trademarks)
- File legal documents in the contract management system and keep electronic records up to date
- Legal and regulatory research
- Work with internal teams, such as HR, Contracts, Marketing, and Commercialization
- Help develop legal content for Charles River’s internal wiki pages
Eligibility for Legal Affairs Internship Opportunity
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Must be organized and able to multi-task while working on a small legal team
- Current 2L or 3L law student
Time Commitment
- Time commitment is 10-15 hours per week (internship will be hybrid with time working in the office and at home)
