About the Opportunity
Phillips Law Group in Phoenix is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney who has at least 3-5 years of experience (preferably more) in Personal Injury Law.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
- Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of plaintiffs’ strategies.
- Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues.
- Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed in Arizona, no State Bar discipline.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under times of high volume.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
- At least 3-5 years of experience (preferably more) in Personal Injury Law.
