McAfee& Taft, Tulsa is expanding its legal team and inviting applications for Intellectual Property Paralegal from professionals with an associate degree in paralegal or legal studies or paralegal certificate and three or more years of related experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, edit, proofread and file a variety of documents
- Organize and maintain case files, attorney notebooks, databases, spreadsheets, and other materials
- Interact with other paralegals to assist with heavy workload or coverage
- Administratively support Firm business development if needed
Eligibility for Intellectual Property Paralegal job
- Associate degree in paralegal or legal studies or paralegal certificate and three or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and training in a law office setting
- Minimum of three years of experience with patents, trademark applications, renewal applications, and copyright applications
