Gobel Flakes is seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant for their office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting paralegals and attorneys with:
- Preparation of correspondence, pleadings, subpoenas /non-party production efforts, e-filing pleadings, filing, records follow-up, standard clerical duties,
- Scheduling Hearings, Mediation, Depositions, etc., and preparation of files and binders for same under the supervision of a paralegal and/or an attorney.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
