About the Opportunity
Edible Arrangements is looking to hire an accomplished IP Attorney to expand the brand.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Trademark and copyright portfolio management
- Provide strategic advices to the executive management team
- Counseling the brand’s highly experienced research and development team on all intellectual property, licensing, branding, marketing, labeling, and enforcement matters.
- Managing entire intellectual property portfolio, including international matters with foreign associates,
Eligibility Criteria
- Significant experience at a respected law firm or corporate in-house department handling trademark and copyright application prosecution for a regulated industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US and international intellectual property law with primary emphasis on domestic and international trademark and copyright application prosecution and responding to USPTO examiner and other actions.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully prosecuting trademark and copyright applications.
- GA Bar or eligibility for registration as GA Authorized in House Counsel.
- Superior academic credentials.

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple matters at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to think and work independently and in a group environment.

- Must be versatile, enthusiastic, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and have sound judgment, particularly in ambiguous situations.
