About the Opportunity

Wilson Elser’s San Francisco office is seeking eligible candidates with 3+ years of litigation experience for the position of Professional Liability and Employment Associate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
  • Represent clients in a wide range of real estate and employment claims
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be admitted to practice in California
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience with professional liability matters, including but not limited to, real estate brokers, legal malpractice, insurance brokers, appraisers, and architects/engineers.
  • Experience with employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination and wage claims.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Legal project management experience is helpful
  • Trial experience a plus

Salary

The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000.
