Linksys is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its internship in Irvine, California.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of contract, litigation support, and legal management functions, including preparing and reviewing agreements, maintaining and updating legal databases, and managing a litigation docket.
  • Responsible for document preparation, such as proofing and editing legal documents, comparing agreements to Linksys templates, and providing comments.
  • Litigation management, assistance with document production, discovery, and calendar matters.
  • Create and craft security training for the company.
  • Research various laws as requested and assist with creating and updating Linksys policies, procedures, and contract templates based on these laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all files and confidential information.
  • Participate in team and department meetings and perform a variety of project-related duties to support the Legal department.

Required Qualifications

  • Current student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university. Major/field of study related to internship preferred.
  • High proficiency in frequently used software programs (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiarity with simple database and file management.
  • A strong curiosity about a career in the field related to the internship and the networking industry.
  • Previous internship, leadership, or collaboration experience in data analytics preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Stipend

$21 – $21 an hour.
