The Denver Law Review presents its Volume 95 Symposium, Uproar: The Intersection of Animals and the Law. The event will take place on February 9, 2018, at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. This Symposium has been approved for seven (7) general CLE credits.

Uproar, the 2018 Denver Law Review Symposium, will explore the relationship between animals and the law, such as ag-gag legislation and litigation and issues arising under the religion clauses.

The Symposium will also discuss administrative regulations, government transparency, the legal status of animals, social change lawyering, and wildlife law. Speakers include Vikram Amar, Martha Nussbaum, Will Potter, Kristen Stilt, and Steven Wise.

This event is open to the public.
