Purpose of the Conference

The aim of the conference is accordingly to explore innovative ways in which the people, through the legal system, can build resilience and social justice in an ever-changing world.

Theme

Law, Resilience and Social Justice in the 21st Century.

Submission Guidelines

  • The candidates should specify in the abstract to which field(s) the proposed paper belongs – for example, “Constitutional law” or “Cyberlaw”.
  • All abstracts will be considered by an expert peer in the relevant subject field.
  • Precedence will be given to abstracts with a clear connection to the conference theme. 

How to Submit?

Abstracts should be limited to 250 words and must be sent to SALTC2024@nwu.ac.za by 17 July 2023 at the latest.
