The University of Toledo is conducting a seminar on April 17 on the topic Bankruptcy and Business Law Seminar in Toledo.

Join the University of Toledo to discuss hot and emerging topics in both consumer and corporate bankruptcy practice. The panel will discuss an interesting blend of consumer practice topics such as the automatic stay, the role of the chapter 7 trustee, and recovery through avoidance actions.
