Veterans law colloquium featuring Judge William S. Greenberg of the U.S. court of appeals for veterans claims is organized by Penn State Dickinson Law School on March 30.
Conference Objective
Join Judge Greenberg for an interactive discussion of veterans law from 1776 to 2016. Judge Greenberg will lecture on the history of veterans law and share practice tips for litigating veterans law cases.
Participants can expect to experience an introduction to the importance of the principles of veterans law and the practical application of the veterans benefits system, and how to analyze issues. Light refreshments will be available following the program.
Judge Greenberg was nominated to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in 2012 and took the judicial oath for a term of 15 years. He brings nearly 50 years of public service, military experience, and legal practice to the court.
