About the Opportunity
PIM Brands, Inc. is inviting applications from eligible candidates who are in 1L of Law school for its summer legal internship opportunity at Park Ridge, New Jersey.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting the Legal Department with HR, and litigation.
- Document review, agreement review, marketing review.
- Working on lease negotiations, trademark applications, and other legal department issues.
Required Qualifications
- 1L in Law school.
- 3.5 overall GPA or better.
- Previous legal experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and biased for action.
- Demonstrated personal and professional values.
