Gogia Equities is inviting applications from eligible candidates who are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school for its summer law internship opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics relevant to our business operations.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Support the legal team in due diligence processes for various projects.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members on legal projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate law, real estate, and emerging markets.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time-sensitive assignments.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
