About the Internship
Amplify has a growing legal department working on a broad range of matters, including commercial, legal operations, intellectual property, and government contracting projects. The summer program is a full-time (up to 40 hours/week) paid virtual internship with a negotiable period of up to a maximum of 10 weeks between June and September.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the product and commercial teams and collaborate with other teammates regularly.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our legal contracts database and department trackers.
- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal policies and memos.
- Assist with reviewing and revising company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the legal team.
Required Qualification
- Completed your first or second year of ABA-accredited law school (required).
- Interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
- Have a strong work ethic with a desire to expand your skill set and gain exposure to commercial and government contract projects, intellectual property matters, and a variety of other areas that routinely arise.
- Pay close attention to detail, work proactively to problem-solve, and have experience balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Are a proactive self-starter who can work collaboratively in a remote environment.
