About Regulatory and Legal Associate Job Opportunity
Black Rock, Boston is hiring and inviting applications for a Regulatory and Legal Associate job from professionals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide valuable enhancements to regulatory filings with the SEC (including annual and supplemental updates to Registration Statements, fidelity bonds, Form 8-A, Form N-PX, Form N-Q, and Form N-CSR).
- Development and adherence to corporate filings calendars and recurring board agendas.
- Analyze unique, sophisticated product structures and provide valuable viewpoints influencing BlackRock regulatory filing requirements.
- Co-develop presentations for an internal team meeting.
- Demonstrate business intelligence to analyze trends to optimize and improve the information in regulatory filings.
Eligibility for Regulatory and Legal Associate Job
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 5+ years of demonstrated ability in legal operational and administrative matters.
- A passion for analyzing regulatory and legal matters with a “Student of Markets” attitude.
- Solid understanding of handling workflow matters impacting regulatory documents.
- Demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism, especially concerning confidential legal matters.
- Multifaceted skill set when taking care of differing priorities impacting time management and organization.
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to produce accurate work and spot mistakes/errors, and make appropriate corrections.
