Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, schedule and monitor Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) social media channels relevant to the WEPs community.
- Support the approval process of new WEPs signatory companies.
- Assist in the mapping of resources to categorize them by the seven Principles of WEPs.
- Support the rollout of the WEPs webinar series, including by identifying speakers.
- Assist in the consultations with key stakeholder groups/partners.
- Assist in the monitoring and assessment of the WEPs.org google analytics.
- Support any other task relevant to the effective implementation of the WEPs journey.
- Draft brief summaries following webinars and other meetings organized by the WEPs team.
- Support the development of new content (e.g. resources, tools, blogs, events) on the WEPs website.
- Any other relevant tasks to support WEPs Team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) in social sciences, economics, law, business, management, global/international affairs, communication and knowledge management, or other related fields.
- Fluency in English is required and one other official language of the United Nations (i.e. Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is desired.
- Ability to think and work logically and work precisely with attention to detail.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Initiative, sound judgment and demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with staff members of different national and cultural backgrounds.
