Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions
- Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters
- Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations
- Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals
