Marvel Studios, California are inviting applications for a Fall 2022 Business and Legal Affairs Internship from students who have completed one or more years of law school in a current JD program at the start of the internship.
Role and Responsibilities
Business & Legal Affairs internship programs provide law students with a unique opportunity to work with Marvel’s in-house attorneys on cutting-edge entertainment, corporate, and intellectual property matters. Marvel’s legal staff manages all legal issues relating to:
- Feature films at all stages including development, production, and marketing
- Talent agreements for Marvel’s motion pictures
- Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property advice, protection, and enforcement
Eligibility for Business and Legal Affairs Internship
- At least 18 years of age
- Unrestricted work authorization
- Available part-time (2-3 full days per week) from September through December/January
- Ability to provide own relocation, housing, and transportation.
- Enrolled in a JD program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester prior to participation in the internship program
