About Law Student Internship Opportunity
Mass General, Massachusetts is inviting applications for a Law Student Internship role from law students.
Role and Responsibilities
- The student will research healthcare legal issues and summarize conclusions;
- Assist attorneys on a variety of matters, including legal issues related to tax-exempt organizations, patient care, academic medical research, and other general corporate matters;
- Review general contracts; and assist with various adversarial matters, including contract disputes, employment litigation and medical staff appeals.
Eligibility for Law Student Internship role
- Corporate in-house or law firm setting experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience and/or class work helpful but not necessary.
- Strong academic credentials, writing, and interpersonal skills.
