About the Opportunity
Klinedinst PC is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and focused attorney with at least 3 years of experience in general liability, product liability, business litigation, and/or environmental litigation to join its dynamic team in San Diego.
Mode
Hybrid.
Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues, as well as experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
Required Qualification
- Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career.
- Experience in general liability, product liability, environmental, and/or business litigation is preferred.
- Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy * Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Pay Scale
$120,000-154,000 per year.
