About the Opportunity
Parker Poe is seeking a litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their growing Education Industry Team in Atlanta, Georgia.
Roles and Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to assist educational professionals and school districts on a variety of legal issues that affect them daily, including policy development, effective board governance, Title IX, student issues, employment issues, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and general litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be willing and able to work with a close-knit and collaborative team that shares a passion for education law.
