About Legal Specialist Job Opportunity
Kyndryl Intellectual Property is currently looking for an IP Legal Specialist with strong academic credentials and IP experience to join their Team. The primary focus of this role is to provide a wide range of support to IP Attorneys, Global IP Attorneys, Senior Specialists, and other team members within the IP Group. This role requires managing Outside Counsels with a high degree of professionalism. The Specialist should work as a team player, is self-motivated, and adaptable.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and docket a large patent portfolio.
- Maintain and process data within the docketing system.
- Report and track data within the docketing system.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Works effectively in a high-demand environment working with Outside Counsels.
- Review and process a large volume of emails, correspondence, and invoices.
- Aptitude for understanding and quickly learning new databases and software.
- Knowledge of US Patent Procedures and Foreign Patent processes.
- Independently assist with situations and be technically proficient.
Eligibility for Legal Specialist job
- Familiar with patent docketing systems
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for understanding and quickly learning new databases and software.
- Knowledge of US Patent Procedures
- Knowledge of PCT Patent Procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree
