About Remote Legal and Compliance Associate job
Dalberg Catalyst is inviting applications for a Remote Legal and Compliance Associate from professionals with a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supports legal, contracts, and grants administration projects, including coordinating contract review process;
- Supports contract and grants negotiations, revisions, and template creation;
- Maintains all legal and compliance policies, and coordinates the policy development and review processes for all organizational policies, working closely with the relevant heads of department to prioritize, plan, draft, review, and update all policies
- Assists with data privacy mapping and an annual conflict of interest review;
- Supports the CEO and General Counsel with respect to board meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, gathering, organizing and/or preparing materials and presentations, attending meetings, and taking minutes;
- Trains new staff on new policies/procedures;
- Supports document management;
- Manages and administers corporate registration and filing requirements for Dalberg Catalyst;
- Provides administrative support including scheduling, record keeping, travel coordination, expense management, and database management;
- Prepares and/or assists in approvals and signature of documents of board members and senior management; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Eligibility for Remote Legal and Compliance Associate Job
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or functional equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional work environment, with a preference for experience working in a legal, compliance, or contracts and grants administration role;
- Proficient in MS Office;
