About the Opportunity
PJI Law, PLC is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Civil Litigation Attorney with experience in civil litigation, including trial experience in Circuit Court and GDC in Fairfax, Virginia.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle cases from start to finish in a high-quality manner.
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients, as we pride ourselves on regular client communication and excellent client service.
- Delegate and utilize the support provided by the team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct a portion of new client consultations.
- Contribute to the firm’s success as needed, whether by developing new procedures, training team members, assisting with collections, covering for colleagues so they can have quality time off, or in other ways.
Required Qualification
- Virginia Bar License.
- Experience in civil litigation, including trial experience in Circuit Court and GDC.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Ability to multitask and to be flexible.
Salary Range
$105K – $130K per year.
