About the Opportunity
Grant Genovese & Baratta LLP has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Attorney in their insurance practice group handling high-exposure personal injury and general liability matters.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar.
- Candidates with at least 2 years +, relevant litigation experience are preferred.
- Candidates should be hard-working, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and motions.
- Propounding and responding to written discovery.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Assuming significant responsibility and case management from inception through trial.
