Bamboo Health is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its hybrid internship program in Louisville, Kentucky. Bamboo Health is looking for a law student who is interested in gaining in-house experience during the summer.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Legal review of various contracts, statutes, and regulations.
- Assist the Legal Team with contract management, corporate governance, and miscellaneous legal tasks.
- Complete a comprehensive review of all Bamboo Health marketing materials from a legal perspective.
- Complete legal analysis of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, CFR Part 2, Anti-Kickback Statute, and others.
- Gain an understanding of standard contract provisions and negotiation tactics.
Required Qualification
- Completion of at least one year of law school.
- Impeccable attention to detail and desire to learn how an in-house legal team functions on a day-to-day basis.
