About the Opportunity
The intake attorney is responsible for conducting new client intake phone calls and in-person office meetings when necessary based upon screening criteria established by the law firm. The attorney must have excellent interpersonal skills and be very organized. The intake attorney will also have a full-time intake assistant working with them.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct point of contact and case evaluator for potential new clients
- Review contracts and forms with potential new clients
- Oversee new client onboarding process, including initial document collection
- Effectively communicate “next steps” of the process with new clients that have retained the law firm
