The Harvard Journal on Racial and Ethnic Justice started in 1983 as internal publication of the Black Law Students Association, it is a student edited annual publication at Harvard Law School.
The journal is themed to address issues relating to the history, politics, economics, or theory behind race in law enforcement and the criminal justice system and other related aspects. It touches upon the social and economic issues affecting racial and ethnic minorities.
The journal encourages minority scholars, students to submit innovative writings and have proudly published articles of leading scholars, practitioners and judges.
