About the Opportunity
The Aguirre Law Firm is inviting applications from eligible candidates with at least 1 year of experience for the position of Immigration Attorney in Los Angeles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage an array of tasks including EOIR court & USCIS Representations.
- Case review and analysis.
- Writing – motions, briefs, and appeals, case management, and legal research.
- Meet with clients and conduct consultations.
Required Qualifications
- License to practice law in the State of California.
- Must have 1 – 2 years of experience practicing immigration.
- Knowledge of USCIS and EOIR procedures and case management.
- Must be fluent to speak and write in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
$85K-$130K per Month.
