Degan, Blanchard & Nash which is a mid-sized Insurance Defense firm with a growing office in downtown Lafayette has an immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation as a hybrid position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of pleadings.
- Motion practice.
- Taking depositions.
- Reviewing claims files.
- Communicating with claims professionals and clients.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.
- 5 years of experience, and excellent academic credentials.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and performance.
