About the Internship
MDVIP is seeking a second-year law student to work as a summer Legal Intern for their Boca Raton, Florida corporate office.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Intern
- Assists attorneys with a variety of project assignments.
- Research legal issues and assist with legal audits.
- Draft letters to government agencies.
- Draft amendments to agreements.
- Perform other work typically performed by a summer legal associate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a second year law student with good academic skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and build productive relationships.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Law Review/Law Journal experience preferred.
Mode of Internship
As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, Florida, employees are expected to work from the corporate office.
